Built for agencies
Every campaign, every channel, one place to run them
Clickbase brings Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft into one workspace, so your team plans budgets, builds campaigns and reports on all of it without opening four ad managers.

Reporting
One set of numbers, for your team and for your client
Spend and delivery are pulled from every platform on a schedule and modelled into a single reporting layer. What you present is the measured outcome, not a live API call that may or may not answer while a client is watching the screen.
- Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft in one view
- Every account read in the currency it bills in
- Scoped per client, so nothing crosses between them
- Meta
- Microsoft
Clickbase
- Spend and delivery pulled on a schedule
- Every channel converted to the account's currency
- Mapped to the client that owns the account
One report per client
Same numbers for the team and for the client
Campaign management
Know where a budget stands while there is still time to act
A campaign is defined once, against a client and against a budget line. Spend is measured against that line every day and compared with where it should be on this day of the flight, so an overrun is something you correct rather than something you explain at month end.
- Paced against the active budget line, not the sum of every line ever raised
- Multi-currency accounts treated as the normal case
- A person signs off before spend starts
Always-on prospecting

The product
What your team stops doing by hand
Clickbase is the record of what should happen. It holds the clients, the budgets and the approvals, and it is the one place a campaign is defined.
Plan once, publish everywhere
Define a campaign once against a client and a budget, then build it on the channels it needs. No retyping the same brief into four interfaces.
Pacing you can act on
Spend is measured against the active budget line every day, so overspend is caught while it can still be corrected rather than at month end.
Budgets in the account currency
Multi-currency accounts are the normal case, not the exception. Budgets, spend and pacing all read in the currency the account actually bills in.
Client reporting without the export
Delivery and spend land in one place per client, so the monthly report is a view someone opens rather than four exports and a spreadsheet.
Approvals before money moves
Nothing goes live without a person approving it. The approval is recorded against the exact campaign that was reviewed, not a later edit of it.
Four channels, one connection flow
Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft connect through the same flow, and the credentials stay scoped to the organisation that granted them.
Momentum
Early, and moving quickly
Clickbase is a young product and is shipped to continuously. Rather than describe a roadmap, here is what has actually landed.
March 2026
Approvals
A campaign change is reviewed and signed off by a named person, and the approval is recorded against the exact version that was reviewed.
June 2026
Multi-currency reporting
Accounts that bill in different currencies report correctly side by side, and a missing exchange rate fails loudly instead of quietly reporting a wrong number.
July 2026
Reporting moved onto a modelled data layer
Delivery and spend are ingested on a schedule and modelled before they are read, so a dashboard no longer depends on a platform API answering in time.
August 2026
Agencies run their own workspace
An agency invites its own team and attaches its own clients' ad accounts, scoped so one agency's accounts can never be claimed by another.
Questions
Questions we get asked
Which ad platforms does Clickbase support?
Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft. Every platform call goes through a single integration layer, so a platform outage is contained and credentials live in one place rather than scattered across the product.
Is this for a single advertiser or for an agency?
For agencies. An agency signs up as an organisation, connects its ad accounts, and manages every client it runs from the same workspace, with each client's data scoped to that client.
Where does the reporting data come from?
Delivery and spend are ingested from each platform on a schedule and modelled into a reporting layer, so what you see is the measured outcome rather than a live API call that may or may not answer.
Can we bring our own ad accounts?
Yes, and that is the normal way to use it. You connect the accounts you already run, and the access you grant stays scoped to your organisation rather than being shared with anyone else on the platform.
How established is Clickbase?
It is a young product, in daily use, and shipped to continuously. The list above is the honest version of where it is: a working core for reporting and campaign management, extended every month. If something you need is not there yet, ask, because that is how the order gets decided.
Run your campaigns from one place
If you run paid media for clients across more than one platform, get in touch and we will show you the product against your own accounts.
